By using Ghana Heritage Quest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy.

Ghana Heritage Quest is a free, mobile-first companion for discovering Ghana's heritage and nature sites, collecting a digital passport of stamps, and following curated quests. It's provided for personal, informational use to help you explore.

Your progress lives on your device. Clearing your browser, switching phones, or resetting the app can erase it — so export a backup from the Profile page if it matters to you. We can't recover on-device data that's been cleared.

• Use the app lawfully and respect the communities and sacred sites you visit.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its check-in system.
• Don't submit false check-ins or otherwise game stamps, streaks or leaderboards.

Site descriptions, opening hours, fees, contacts and directions are compiled from public sources and can change without notice. Always verify details locally before you travel, and follow the guidance of site staff, guides and local authorities. Some locations are sacred or sensitive — visit respectfully. Ghana Heritage Quest is not responsible for decisions you make based on the information shown.

Digital stamps, badges, streaks and rankings are for fun and personal motivation. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and may change as the app evolves.

The Ghana Heritage Quest name, design and original content are protected. Heritage and cultural facts about Ghana belong to everyone — but please don't copy the app's curated content or branding wholesale for commercial use without permission.

The app links to external services such as Google Maps. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

Ghana Heritage Quest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we make changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
